Sleep mode

The module supports low-power sleep mode. Whether the hibernation mode is supported depends on the chassis where the module resides. For details about whether the system supports hibernation mode, see the chassis documentation. For more information about enabling sleep mode, see the software help documentation. Generally, the system cannot communicate with other modules when it is in sleep mode. In sleep mode, the system has lower power consumption and lower heat dissipation than normal operation mode. For detailed information on power consumption and heat dissipation, see Product specifications.
