ABB Electrical 258667A1 Power Bus Snubber Kit is a power bus snubber kit. It is mainly used in power electronic equipment, especially in circuits involving power conversion and high-energy pulses, as a snubber and protection.

Functional Features

Surge Suppression

This kit effectively suppresses surge voltages in the power bus. Momentary high voltage surges are generated during the switching process of power electronic devices, such as inverters, rectifiers, etc. The Power Bus Snubber Kit protects connected electrical components (e.g., power semiconductor devices) from overvoltage by absorbing these surge energies and limiting the voltage peaks to a safe range. Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) Reduction
