531X122PCNAHG1 | General Electric Power Connection Board

531X122PCNAHG1 | General Electric Power Connection Board

Product Description P/N: DS200SDCCG4AGD DESCRIPTION / SPECIFICATIONS Description The General Electric Drive Control Board DS200SDCCG4AGD serves as the primary controller for the drive system. Featuring three microprocessors and RAM accessible by multiple microprocessors simultaneously, each microprocessor is dedicated to processing specific functions of the board. Connectors on the board facilitate connections to optional cards and other control boards governing the drive. Among these connectors, two interface with the Power Supply Interface Board, one for I/O signals and the other for DC voltage.

During normal operation, the board's LED lights flash sequentially from left to right, maintaining this pattern even when the drive is powered but not running. Positioned in a row on the board, these 10 LEDs display error codes by flashing in a specific sequence: the first two LEDs indicate the hundreds digit, the next four represent the tens digit, and the final four denote the unit digits. Additionally, the LEDs can be configured to exhibit drive variables.
