The 2600T series represents ABB's latest generation of pressure transmitters, designed to meet the demanding requirements of oil & gas, chemical, power, and water industries. The differential pressure model utilizes a capacitive or MEMS sensor element with excellent long-term stability and overpressure resistance. It is available in various models including 264D (standard), 264H (high static pressure), and 264P (for partial pressure).
High Accuracy: Up to ±0.075% of span, with optional ±0.05% for critical applications.
Turn-down Ratio: 100:1, providing flexibility in span adjustment.
Sensor Technology: Floating cell design minimizes temperature and static pressure effects.
Diagnostics: Continuous self-monitoring, pluggable impulse line blocking detection, and electronic nameplate.
Display: Backlit LCD with rotatable housing for easy reading, showing pressure in engineering units and bar graph.
Communication Protocols: 4-20 mA with HART, PROFIBUS PA, FOUNDATION Fieldbus, or WirelessHART.
Measuring Ranges: From 0-0.1 kPa to 0-16 MPa differential pressure, static pressure up to 42 MPa.
Output Signal: 4-20 mA, digital communication superimposed.
Power Supply: 10.5 - 45 V DC (for analog), 9 - 32 V DC for fieldbus.
Ambient Temperature: -40°C to +85°C.
Process Temperature: -40°C to +120°C (standard), up to 350°C with remote seals.
Wetted Materials: Stainless steel 316L, Hastelloy C-276, Monel, etc.
Enclosure: Die-cast aluminum or stainless steel, IP66/67, NEMA 4X.

The 2600T is SIL 2/3 certified according to IEC 61508, suitable for safety instrumented systems (SIS). It features comprehensive proof test coverage and failure mode diagnostics.
The transmitter can be configured locally via the display and push-buttons or remotely using ABB's Asset Vision or handheld communicators. It supports multi-variable output (differential pressure, static pressure, and temperature) for flow compensation. The housing rotates in 90° increments for optimal terminal access.
Flow measurement with orifice plates, Venturi, or averaging pitot tubes.
Level measurement in pressurized or closed tanks.
Density and interface measurement.
Filter monitoring and pump protection.
ATEX, IECEx, FM, CSA for explosive atmospheres.
Marine type approvals (DNV, ABS, LR, etc.).
PED, CRN, and various others.
