Basic Parameters

Rated current: 18A, can meet the general small and medium power three-phase AC motor and other load control requirements, for example, can be used to control 7.5kW three-phase motor.

Rated voltage: 690V, can adapt to a wide range of voltage, can work stably in the common industrial voltage and the following electrical systems, to ensure the normal operation of the equipment in different voltage environments.

Number of poles: 3 poles, applicable to the control of three-phase AC circuits, capable of realising the on-off control of three-phase power supply, thus controlling the operating status of three-phase loads.

Auxiliary contact: From the ‘13’ in the model number, it can be seen that it has a specific auxiliary contact configuration, which can be used to achieve signal feedback, interlock control and other functions, which enriches the control application of the contactor.

Coil voltage: The coil voltage is 100-250V AC/DC, this wide range of AC and DC universal coil voltage design makes the contactor in different control circuits has a strong adaptability, according to the actual application scenarios to choose the appropriate control voltage, such as common 220V AC or 24V DC and other control power supply can be used to facilitate the cooperation with a variety of control equipment.

Performance characteristics

Advanced AF technology: The electronic control coil with AF technology has significant advantages over traditional contactors. For example, it can reduce the energy consumption of the coil by up to 80%, which effectively saves energy and reduces the cost of use; it can compensate for the voltage drop and voltage fluctuation to a certain extent, which ensures that the contactor can still be reliably absorbed in the case of unstable voltage, and guarantees the stable operation of the system.

High reliability: the contacts are made of silver-based alloy material which is resistant to welding and electrical abrasion, with good electrical conductivity and long service life, which can effectively reduce the contact resistance, energy loss and heat, thus improving the service life and reliability of the contactor and ensuring the long-term stable operation of the electrical system.

Good arc extinguishing performance: A9-A16 adopts automatic arc extinguishing mode, which can extinguish the arc quickly and effectively, and the flying arc distance is zero, which reduces the impact of the arc on the surrounding electrical equipment, improves the use of safety, and at the same time reduces the electromagnetic interference caused by the arc.

Compact design and convenient installation: the overall structure of the contactor is compact, small dimensions, saving installation space, can be conveniently installed in a variety of electrical control cabinets or distribution boxes. Moreover, it can be mounted in various ways, such as screw mounting or rail mounting, which makes it easy to dismantle and install quickly, and convenient for maintenance and replacement.

Built-in protection function: Built-in surge suppression function can effectively suppress the surge voltage in the circuit, protect the contactor and other related electrical equipment from the impact of instantaneous high voltage, improve the stability and reliability of the system.

Application Fields

Industrial automation: Widely used in the control of various industrial production equipment, such as machine tools, injection moulding machines, printing presses, cranes and so on. It is used to control the starting, stopping, forward and reverse rotation of electric motors to achieve precise control and automation of the production process and ensure the efficient and stable operation of the production equipment.

Building Electricity: In the electrical system of the building, it can be used to control the motor of the lift, air-conditioning, ventilation, water supply and drainage and other equipment. For example, in the lift control system, control the lift motor of the lift car and the operation of the door motor; in the air conditioning system, control the start and stop of the compressor and fan motor to achieve the indoor temperature and air quality regulation.

Power system: in the substation, power distribution room and other power facilities, can be used to control some auxiliary equipment motors, such as transformer cooling fan motor, switchgear operating mechanism motor, etc., to ensure the normal operation of power equipment and maintenance personnel to operate the safety.
