Construction and Materials

The motor frame is cast iron with feet integral to the frame. End shields are also cast iron, providing excellent rigidity. The stator is wound with high-quality copper wire, insulated with Class F materials. The rotor is die-cast aluminum with dynamic balancing. The fan cover is made of steel, and the fan itself is plastic or aluminum. All external fasteners are stainless steel for corrosion resistance.
