The R6246 is equipped with two isolated Source Measurement Units (SMUs) that support synchronised dual-channel generation and measurement, providing greater test efficiency and accuracy.

Wide measurement and source ranges:

Source ranges of up to ±220 V, ±2 A (in specific configurations) and ±62 V, ±20 A (in another configuration) meet the needs of different test scenarios.

Measurement resolution of up to 1 µV, 10 fA (in certain modes) ensures highly accurate measurement results.

High accuracy and speed:

The product features high-precision measurement and source output capabilities, such as voltage source accuracy up to ± (0.16% of set value + 3.8 mV) and current source accuracy up to ± (0.5% of set value + 10 µA).

Multiple measurement functions:

The R6246 supports a variety of measurement modes, including four phenomenon outputs (source/sink), telemetry measurements up to 5 V, sweep measurements with a minimum step of 700 µs, and pulse measurements with a minimum pulse width of 100 µs.

A trigger link function and a sequence programming function that automatically executes a series of evaluation tests improve the efficiency of evaluation tests.
