The Endress Hauser CLS15-B1M2A is a high-precision 2-electrode conductivity sensor belonging to the Condumax CLS15 series, specifically engineered for measuring conductivity in pure water, ultrapure water, and low-conductivity media. This analog sensor is widely recognized as an ideal solution for low-range conductivity measurement applications, delivering reliable and accurate performance even in demanding industrial environments including hazardous areas.

With a cell constant of k = 0.1 and a measuring range of 0.1 to 200 uS/cm, the CLS15-B1M2A is optimized for applications requiring exceptional sensitivity at low conductivity levels. The sensor incorporates an integrated Pt100 temperature sensor for automatic temperature compensation, ensuring measurement accuracy across varying process temperatures. Additional applications include semiconductor chip cleaning processes where ultrapure water conductivity must be maintained below 0.1 uS/cm, food and beverage production requiring CIP (clean-in-place) rinse water verification, and distillation systems for solvent recovery and process water purification. The sensor's hazardous area certification enables deployment in chemical plants and oil and gas facilities where explosive atmospheres may be present.
