Basic Parameters

Rated current: 40A, the current value refers to the main contact can be long-term stability of the current size, determines the power range of the load can be controlled, suitable for some medium-power electrical equipment control.

Number of poles: 3 poles, means that the contactor has three main contacts, can control three-phase circuit at the same time, commonly used in three-phase motors and other three-phase load control, in order to achieve the motor start, stop, forward and reverse and other operations.

Performance characteristics

This fast response capability makes it suitable for occasions with high requirements on control speed, such as frequent start-stop control of motors in automated production lines.

Compact design: its compact structural design, small size, occupies less space, easy to install and wiring in a variety of electrical control cabinets, distribution boxes and other limited space, can effectively save installation space, reduce the overall size and cost of the equipment, but also to facilitate the combination and integration with other electrical components, to improve the integration of the electrical system and aesthetics.

Areas of application

HVAC system: In the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system, it is used to control the motor start and stop of air conditioning units, chillers, fans and other equipment. For example, in central air-conditioning systems, DP40C3P-F contactors control the operation of compressors, fans and other motors to achieve the regulation of indoor temperature, humidity and air circulation, providing a comfortable indoor environment.

Refrigeration equipment: commonly used to control refrigeration compressor, condensing fan, evaporating fan and other refrigeration equipment motors, to ensure the normal operation of the refrigeration system. In supermarket freezers, cold storage and other refrigeration places, the contactor can reliably control the start and stop of refrigeration equipment, to ensure that food and other items of cold storage and freezing effect.
