The GE PQMII-T20-C-A Power Quality Monitor design is based on the latest industry specifications and provides accurate and reliable three-phase power metering. It features a variety of communication module options, such as Ethernet and fibre optic communication modules, and is packaged in a modern, compact enclosure.
Key Features
Continuous Monitoring:
Ideal for continuous monitoring of three-phase systems, the unit provides a wide range of metering functions such as current, voltage, real and reactive power, energy usage, power cost, power factor and frequency.
Programmable setpoints and output relays:
The PQMII-T20-C-A is equipped with programmable setpoints and four assignable output relays that allow control functions to be added for specific applications such as current or voltage over/under, unbalance, demand-based load shedding and capacitor power factor correction control.
Advanced alarm and status monitoring:
More sophisticated control can be achieved using the four switch inputs, which can also be used for status monitoring such as circuit breaker on/off and flow information. The unit is capable of continuous power quality monitoring and features waveform capture and voltage disturbance recorder.
Communication and Integration:
The device supports ModBus and DNP 3.0 protocols and can be used with EnerVistaTM software to allow easy changes to system setpoints, monitored values, statuses, and alarms.The PQMII-T20-C-A can be connected to a DCS or SCADA system providing multiple communication ports capable of supplying data to multiple master devices simultaneously (e.g., SCADA, DCS, BMS, etc.) to provide data.
User Interface and Software Support:
The unit comes with a keypad with a large 40 character display for easy operation. It also offers EnerVista software for setup and monitoring functions, supports flash memory upgrades, and is compatible with MultiNet serial Ethernet converters.
