HRTL 96B M/666.01S-S12 Inductive Proximity Sensor

The HRTL 96B M/666.01S-S12 is an inductive proximity sensor with an M30 threaded metal housing. It detects metallic objects (ferrous and non-ferrous) at a rated sensing distance of 20 mm (flush mountable). The sensor provides a PNP normally open (NO) output, operates on 10-30 VDC, and features an M12 quick-disconnect connector.

Indication and Diagnostics

Applications

Ideal for position detection on conveyor systems, cylinder end-position sensing, machine tool monitoring, and counting on automotive assembly lines. Installation and Setup

Mount using two M30 nuts. Flush mounting: sensor can be embedded in metal without false triggering if the surrounding metal is at least 25 mm away from sensing face. Non-flush mounting provides extended range but requires a free zone of 60 mm around the sensing face. Use torque wrench to 50 Nm max for nuts.
