Input characteristics: support 120/240V AC input voltage, can be adapted to different industrial field power supply environment.

Output characteristics: rated output voltage of 24V DC, output current up to 5.6A, can provide stable power supply for the load. The output voltage precision is high, for example, the output voltage of 25.5V DC can meet the requirements of specific equipment.

Features

Stable power supply: It can provide stable 24V DC power supply for various devices on site, such as sensors, actuators, PLC extension modules, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the devices.

Perfect protection function: equipped with over-current protection, short-circuit protection and over-voltage protection, etc., when an abnormal situation occurs, it can quickly cut off the output or take measures such as limiting current to protect the equipment and its own safety.

Application Scenarios

Industrial automation control system: In the automated production line, it provides stable power supply for motor drives, sensors, actuators and other equipment to ensure the smooth progress of the production process. It can also provide power for PLC and its extension module, human-machine interface and other control system components to ensure the reliable operation of the control system.

Process control system: In the process control system of chemical industry, electric power, water treatment, etc., it provides power supply for various instruments, such as temperature instrument, pressure instrument, flow meter, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the instruments and provide accurate data support for process control. • Distributed layout: Bay units distributed  and, in the case of location close to the  feeders, with short connections to CTs, isolators, circuit breakers, etc. 

• Connections between bay units and central  unit by fiber-optic cables 

- maximum permissible length 1200 m  

- for distributed and centralized layout 

• fiber-optic connections mean interference proof data transfer even close to HV power  cables 

• Replacement of existing busbar protection  schemes can be accomplished without restrictions (centralized layout) in the case of  substation extensions e.g. by a mixture of  centralized and distributed layout
