The board incorporates similar circuits and noise suppression mechanisms as the terminal board. 

 FEATURES Analog Output Capacity: Equipped with eight 0-20 mA analog outputs, the board delivers precise control and monitoring capabilities. These outputs are efficiently driven either by the PAOC I/O pack or by the VAOC I/O board, ensuring compatibility and flexibility within different system configurations. Circuitry and Noise Suppression: The board is engineered with state-of-the-art on-board circuits and noise suppression mechanisms, akin to those found in the TBAO terminal board. This design ensures optimal signal quality and reliability, even in challenging industrial environments characterized by electrical interference and fluctuations. Terminal Block Configuration: High-density Euro-block type terminal blocks are strategically mounted, facilitating secure and efficient wiring connections to the customer's devices. This terminal block configuration enhances the overall durability and ease of installation, contributing to a streamlined integration process. On-Board ID Chip for System Diagnostics: An integral feature is the on-board ID chip, which plays a pivotal role in system diagnostics. By uniquely identifying the board to the I/O processor, this chip enables comprehensive diagnostic analysis, aiding in the identification and resolution of potential issues or anomalies within the system. Analog Output Current Range: Each of the eight channels on the board operates within the 0-20 mA analog output current range. This range ensures compatibility with a wide array of devices and enables seamless integration into diverse control and monitoring applications. Customer Load Resistance: When interfaced with the PAOC pack, the board can accommodate customer load resistance of up to 900 ohm burden. 

This capability allows for flexible configuration and optimal performance in systems requiring higher load resistances. Compatibility with VAOCH1C Board: Alternatively, when driven by the VAOCH1C board, it supports load resistances of up to 500 ohm burden. Flexibility and Adaptability: The board's ability to accommodate varying load resistances demonstrates its flexibility and adaptability to different system architectures and operational scenarios. Whether utilized with the PAOC pack or the VAOCH1C board, the board delivers consistent performance and precise control over analog output currents. Optimized Performance: By supporting load resistances of up to 900 ohm burden with the PAOC pack and up to 500 ohm burden with the VAOCH1C board, the board ensures optimized performance and compatibility across a spectrum of industrial applications. This capability enhances system reliability and efficiency, contributing to seamless operation and enhanced productivity. OPERATION Analog Control Outputs: Facilitates eight analog control current outputs, each capable of controlling specific processes or devices. These outputs are designed to regulate current levels based on external requirements. Current Measurement: For each output, the voltage drop across the local loop current sense resistor is monitored. This measurement reflects the amount of current flowing through the circuit, providing real-time feedback on the output status. Feedback to I/O Processor: The measured voltage drop is relayed back to the I/O processor, which oversees the control of current levels. Based on this feedback, the I/O processor adjusts the output to maintain the desired current level. 

Noise Reduction and Surge Suppression: To ensure accurate control and reliable operation, filters are implemented to reduce high-frequency noise and suppress surge signals. These filters enhance the stability of the output signals and minimize interference. D/A Conversion and Current Generation: Within the I/O processor, digital-to-analog (D/A) converters and drivers are employed to convert digital signals into analog current outputs. These components generate the controlled currents required for various applications.
