The LTi SO84.024 is a high-power three-phase servo drive in the BG4 housing. Delivering 24A continuous and 48A peak current, it is suitable for demanding industrial axes requiring high torque and fast response. Both air-cooled and liquid-cooled versions are available.

For air-cooled BG4, maintain 150 mm clearance above/below. For liquid-cooled, connect the cooling circuit using 3/8 inch female threads. Use drip-free quick-release couplings to avoid spills. The liquid capacity is approx. 0.5 l. The control cabinet must be at least IP4x (IP54 for STO).
Commission with DriveManager 5. The drive features overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, and overtemperature protection. The dynamic coolant temperature monitoring shuts down the drive at 65°C heat sink temperature. For safety, the STO function (Safe Torque Off) disables torque output when requested.
Suitable for servo motors up to 11 kW (400V). Typical uses include large CNC machines, presses, extruders, and heavy-duty material handling. The 48A peak ensures high dynamic performance.
Complies with EN 61800-5-1, EN 61800-3, LVD, EMC. UL approval for BG4 pending.
