The LTi SO84.110 is a high-current three-phase servo drive in the BG6 housing, delivering 110A continuous and 286A peak current. Designed for extreme industrial applications, it is available with air or liquid cooling and requires an external mains choke.

Mount vertically on a grounded plate. For air-cooled, ensure 200 mm free space above and below. For liquid-cooled, connect cooling circuit with 3/8 inch female threads. The external mains choke is mandatory and must be placed between mains filter and drive. Use shielded motor cables (max 95 mm²). Cable length ≤10 m for full rated current.
Commission with DriveManager 5. The STO function (Safe Torque Off) is standard. After applying 24V control supply, the display shows status. Enable the power stage via ENPO and ISDSH. Parameter sets can be copied via MMC card. The drive supports fieldbus options (EtherCAT, SERCOS) and iPlc programming.
The internal brake chopper can handle up to 67 kW continuous with external 10 Ω resistor. For liquid-cooled versions, an optional internal braking resistor (7.5 Ω) provides 2.65 kW continuous and 90 kW peak. Use a thermal switch in the resistor for protection.
Ideal for servo motors up to 55 kW (400V). Typical applications include large injection molding machines, heavy-duty presses, steel mills, and large winders. The 286A peak ensures maximum dynamic performance.
