Basic Structure
Center conductor: usually made of high-purity copper, with good electrical conductivity, can effectively transmit signals and reduce signal attenuation.
Insulation layer: generally PTFE and other high-performance insulating materials, with low loss, high insulation and high temperature resistance and other characteristics, to ensure that the center conductor and the outer conductor between the electrical insulation.
Outer conductor: mostly copper tape or woven mesh structure, play a good shielding role, can effectively prevent the external electromagnetic interference on the internal signal, but also to avoid the internal signal to the outside radiation.
Sheath: usually made of low-smoke halogen-free material, which has the characteristics of flame retardant, environmental protection, abrasion and corrosion resistance, etc. It can protect the internal structure of the cable in harsh industrial environments.

Electrical performance
Rated voltage: generally around 24V DC, it can provide stable power support for the connected equipment to ensure normal operation and signal transmission.
Rated current: According to the number of connected devices and load conditions, the rated current is usually between 0.5A and 1.5A, which can meet the power needs of multiple network devices.
Characteristic impedance: Commonly 50Ω or 75Ω, matching the impedance of the connected devices and networks to realize efficient signal transmission and reduce signal reflection and attenuation.
Signal Transmission Rate: It can support high data transmission rate, usually up to several Mbps or even higher, which can quickly and accurately transmit various data and commands in the control system.
