Functional features

Powerful logic operation and control function: It can perform a variety of logic operation and control tasks, such as basic logic instruction processing, including and, or, non-, timer, counter, etc. It can make fast and accurate judgement and processing of input signals according to the preset logic program and output corresponding control signals, so as to achieve precise control of equipment and process flow in industrial production process.

Rich input/output interfaces: usually equipped with multiple input/output channels, supporting digital input/output, analogue input/output and other signal types, capable of connecting to multiple external devices or sensors at the same time, convenient for integrating and communicating with different types of industrial equipment, and realizing the acquisition and processing of multiple signals.

Real-time monitoring and diagnostic capabilities: real-time monitoring of the module's own operating status, the status of the input and output signals and the operating status of the equipment connected to it, once there is a loss of signals, equipment failures and other abnormalities, it can send out alarm signals in a timely manner, and provide detailed diagnostic information to help maintenance personnel to quickly locate and solve the problem, and effectively improve the reliability and stability of the system.

Flexible programming and configuration: support for a variety of programming languages and programming methods, such as ladder diagrams, statement tables, function block diagrams, etc., the user can choose and write programs according to their own habits and specific control needs. At the same time, the configuration parameters of the module can be set flexibly through the special programming software or man-machine interface, which is convenient for users to customise the configuration according to the actual application scenarios.

Technical Parameters

Input and output characteristics: input channels are generally 16, the input voltage range is usually 24V DC, the response time is shorter, generally ≤ 5ms; the number and type of output channels vary according to the specific model, which can meet different load requirements.

Strong adaptability to the working environment: the working temperature range is generally - 20 ℃ to + 60 ℃, the relative humidity range is usually 10% to 90% (non-condensing), able to work stably in a relatively harsh industrial environment, the protection level is generally IP20, which can prevent the entry of solid objects with a diameter of more than 12.5mm.

Various communication interfaces: Equipped with a variety of communication interfaces, such as Ethernet interface, serial interface, etc., it supports the internal communication protocols of the Net 90 system as well as common industrial communication protocols, such as Modbus RTU and TCP modes, which can realise fast and stable communication with other devices or systems.

Application Areas

Industrial automated production line: In automated production lines of automobile manufacturing, machining, electronic production and other industries, it is used to control the start/stop, running sequence and fault alarm of the production equipment, such as the movement control of robots in automated assembly lines, the conveyor belt conveying control of materials, etc., which can improve the production efficiency and product quality, and reduce the labour cost and labour intensity.

Process industrial control system: in the chemical, petroleum, electric power, pharmaceutical and other process industries, the temperature, pressure, flow, level and other parameters of the production process for real-time monitoring and control, such as chemical reactor temperature control, refinery flow regulation, power plant boiler water level control, etc., to ensure that the production process is safe, stable and efficient operation.

Intelligent building automation system: In the HVAC system, lighting system and lift system of intelligent buildings, intelligent control and management of building equipment is achieved, such as automatic adjustment of air conditioning operation mode according to indoor and outdoor temperatures, automatic control of lighting switching and brightness according to the intensity of light, and group control management of lifts, so as to improve the building's energy use efficiency and comfort.
