Reliance UVZ-3455 three-phase inverter unit
The UVZ-3455 is a VZ3000 three-phase 55 kW inverter unit manufactured by Reliance Electric.
The UVZ-3455 includes a voltage regulator unit, a bus unit (UBZ3455), and an IGBT unit (UGZ3455). This unit is not used for parallel drive units. This unit has a supply voltage of 400 V. It has inputs of 460-700 VDC and 119 amps, and outputs of 0-120 Hz, 0-460 VDC and 140 amps. It uses the basic software SF-F173BC and should be used with the motor VMWGF405515. The communication baud rate is 9600. It has a 3 kHz carrier frequency and can be overloaded for 1 minute at 150%. The device is capable of generating 2,200 watts of heat. The bus /IGBT portion of the device is 1173mm high, 210mm wide, 335mm thick and weighs 27kg. The regulator section of the device is 75 mm wide, 435 mm high, 265 mm thick and weighs 2.5 kg.
The UVZ-3455 is housed in a chassis type housing. It should be installed in a control cabinet in an environment with a humidity of 5-95% and a temperature between -10 and +55 degrees Celsius. The environment should be free of corrosive or flammable gases, direct sunlight, dust, metal powder, or condensation/water.
When installing the UVZ-3455, the bus unit should be located under the pipe unit in the cabinet. The IGBT unit shall be connected to the bus unit using a copper bar and installed directly under it. The voltage regulator unit is located on the left side of the IGBT unit.
