The Rockwell Automation SA3100-R030-AX-L6R (T491498R0) is a high-performance AC variable frequency drive designed for industrial motor control applications. This 30 HP (22 kW) drive provides precise speed and torque regulation for pumps, fans, conveyors, and other motor-driven equipment, delivering energy savings and process optimization.

Control Performance
The SA3100 series drives offer three control modes to match application requirements. V/Hz control is suitable for basic fan and pump applications. Sensorless vector control provides high torque at low speeds without feedback devices. Closed-loop vector control with encoder feedback delivers precision speed and torque regulation for demanding applications such as extruders, winders, and hoists.
Built-in Features
The integrated LCD keypad allows local programming, monitoring, and fault diagnostics. A keypad copy function enables fast configuration of multiple drives. The built-in EMC filter simplifies compliance with electromagnetic compatibility standards. The drive includes programmable digital and analog I/O, a PID controller for process regulation, and a real-time clock for scheduled operations.
