System keys: 7 dedicated system keys, including directional keys, confirm keys, return keys, etc., used for menu navigation and system operations. The system key layout has been optimized ergonomically and supports one handed operation.
User LED: 16 programmable LED indicator lights, corresponding one-to-one with function keys, used to display device status, alarm signals, or custom logic status. Each LED can be configured to turn on/off or flash through software, and the color is usually green or red (depending on the model and configuration).
System LED: One dedicated system LED indicator light used to indicate the basic operating status of the equipment, such as power indication, communication status, or hardware fault alarm.
4.2 Label Bar System
All function keys support sliding label bar design, allowing users to easily print and replace labels, quickly adapting to different application scenarios or operation stages. The label strip adopts standard size, and laser printable blank labels are provided as attachments for easy on-site production and customization.

Memory and Storage System
The CP02 series HMI is equipped with non-volatile memory for storing project files, recipe data, event logs, and multilingual text resources.
5.1 User Memory
Standard configuration: 512 KB user memory, used to store all project resources such as page definitions, variable configurations, text messages, etc.
Memory Expansion: Optional 512 KB memory expansion module, with a total user memory of up to 1 MB, to meet the storage needs of more complex projects.
5.2 Formula Storage
Dedicated recipe memory: 16 KB dedicated recipe storage space, supporting configuration and management of up to 255 parameter sets.
Formula transmission: Formula data can be transmitted to the upper computer through Ethernet connection, achieving centralized management and distribution of formulas.
Application scenario: Suitable for occasions that require frequent switching of production parameters, such as packaging machines, injection molding machines, food processing equipment, etc.
5.3 Event and Alarm Storage
Alarm quantity: Supports up to 1024 alarm definitions, covering various types such as equipment failures, process abnormalities, safety events, etc.
Event List: The system maintains 256 historical event records, including full lifecycle information such as alarm occurrence, confirmation, and recovery.
Ethernet transmission: Alarm and event information can be transmitted to the upper computer through Ethernet connection for centralized monitoring and analysis.
Communication capability
6.1 Built in communication interface
The CP02 series provides multiple built-in communication interfaces to adapt to different industrial network environments:
PLC port: Supports four physical layer interfaces: RS-232, RS-485, RS-422, and 20mA current loop, with communication rates configurable from 9600 to 38400 bps. This port can directly connect various brands of industrial equipment such as PLCs, frequency converters, and instruments to achieve data exchange and control command transmission.
PC/Printer Port: An independent PC/printer port used for project downloads, online debugging, or connecting to a serial printer to output reports and alarm lists.
Auxiliary port: a dedicated auxiliary port used to connect optional functional modules (such as fieldbus modules or Ethernet modules) and expand network communication capabilities.
6.2 Dual Drive Communication Capability
The CP02 series supports dual drive communication, which means that one HMI panel can exchange data with devices of two different communication protocols simultaneously. For example, two different brands of PLCs can be connected simultaneously, or PLCs and frequency converters can be connected simultaneously to achieve centralized display and control of multi device data without the need for additional protocol converters.
6.3 Optional fieldbus and Ethernet modules
Through auxiliary ports, the CP02 series can install various TCM/SCM series functional modules and support mainstream industrial network protocols:
Fieldbus module: Supports mainstream fieldbus protocols such as Profibus DP, CANopen, DeviceNet, Interbus, etc., enabling seamless integration of HMI into existing control systems for use as master or slave devices.
Ethernet module: supports standard Ethernet communication and achieves multiple functions:
Connect industrial Ethernet devices such as remote I/O, smart meters, etc
Programming and downloading HMI projects through Ethernet without the need for dedicated programming cables
Upload and download formula data to the upper computer
Alarm and event information transmitted to the monitoring system
Build UniNet network to achieve data sharing among multiple HMIs
6.4 UniNet Network
The CP02 series supports UniNet networks based on Ethernet and can achieve the following functions:
Data sharing: Real time data can be shared among multiple UniOP HMIs to build a distributed monitoring system
Client/Server Architecture: Supports client/server mode, flexibly adapts to different network topology requirements
OPC Server: In conjunction with UniNet OPC Server, HMI data can be provided to the upper computer SCADA system or MES system
