Software and Programming
7.1 UniOP Designer 6
All CP02 series panels are developed using UniOP Designer 6 programming software. This software provides the following core functions:
Intuitive graphical development environment: Create display pages through drag and drop, place elements such as text, values, bar charts, etc., what you see is what you get.
Rich control library: Provides a variety of display controls and interactive controls to meet different application needs.
Communication driver library: Built in communication driver programs for over 130 industrial equipment, covering mainstream PLCs, frequency converters, instruments, etc., ensuring fast connection and stable communication.
Variable management: Supports an unlimited number of variable definitions, with variable types including bits, bytes, integers, floating-point numbers, strings, etc., to meet various data type requirements.
7.2 Multi language support
The CP02 series supports multilingual applications, and the number of languages at runtime is limited only by available memory. The main features include:
Unicode Text Export: All text information can be exported in Unicode format for professional translators to localize and translate.
Runtime language switching: The runtime can switch interface languages through function keys or variables to adapt to multilingual operating environments.
Character set support: Supports multiple language character sets, including Latin, Cyrillic, Chinese, Japanese, etc.
7.3 Macro Editor
The powerful macro editor allows users to write complex operation sequences for function keys and touch operations (if applicable). The local operations that macro functions can achieve include:
Page switching and page redirection
Variable reading, writing, and mathematical operations
Conditional judgment and logical control
Alarm confirmation and list navigation
Recipe calling and transmission
communication control
Through macro functions, many control logics that originally needed to be implemented in PLC can be directly completed in HMI, greatly reducing the programming burden of PLC and improving system response speed.
7.4 Report Printing
The CP02 series supports report printing function and can output various reports through a serial printer. The report format can be freely configured, including:
Real time data report
Historical Data Report
Alarm List Report
Event Record Report
Custom format report
Security mechanism
8.1 Password Protection System
The CP02 series provides an eight level password protection mechanism, which enables fine-grained permission control over system functions and page access
Eight level permission division: from the lowest permission (view only) to the highest permission (full control), different access levels can be assigned according to user roles.
Page level protection: Access permissions can be set for specific display pages to restrict unauthorized users from viewing or operating.
Functional level protection: Permission verification can be set for critical functions such as parameter modification, recipe download, and system settings.
Variable level protection: Read and write permissions can be set for sensitive variables to prevent system exceptions caused by misoperation.
8.2 Real time clock and battery
The CP02 series has a built-in hardware real-time clock (RTC) powered by a replaceable lithium battery, and its main features include:
Battery model: CR2430 3V lithium battery, capacity 270mAh, non rechargeable
Battery life: can maintain RTC operation for many years under typical conditions
User replaceable: The battery is designed with a replaceable structure for easy on-site maintenance
Time synchronization: RTC time can be used for alarm timestamps, event recording, data logs, etc

Electrical and Environmental Specifications
9.1 Power Requirements
Supply voltage: 18-30 VDC, typical value 24 VDC
Current consumption: Typical current of 0.3A when powered by 24 VDC
Fuse: 2A slow melting fuse with built-in overcurrent protection
9.2 Environmental conditions
The CP02 series offers two temperature level versions to adapt to different application environments:
Standard temperature version (-0045):
Working temperature: 0 to 50 ° C
Storage temperature: -20 to 70 ° C
Wide temperature version (-00A8):
Working temperature: -30 to 60 ° C
Storage temperature: -40 to 70 ° C
Precautions for wide temperature version:
The device can operate normally without damage within the range of -30 ° C to -20 ° C, but the display screen response speed may be slow
Normal display response speed requires a temperature of -20 ° C or above
After powering on the device for at least 25 minutes at an ambient temperature of -30 ° C, the internal temperature will rise to -20 ° C and the display screen will resume normal operation
Humidity requirements:
Working and storage humidity: 5-85% RH, no condensation
When operating at extreme temperatures, it is necessary to ensure that the relative humidity does not exceed the rated range to prevent condensation or static electricity issues
9.3 Protection level
Front panel protection level: IP65, dustproof, waterproof, suitable for industrial installation on site
Compliant with industrial installation requirements and suitable for control cabinet panel installation
