Product Overview

ABB 3HAC022286-001 Serial Measurement Unit DSQC 633 is a high-precision measurement device designed specifically for the industrial automation field, especially for robot control systems. Multi type data collection: can connect multiple sensors, such as encoders, tilt sensors, etc., to collect data on robot joint angles, positions, velocities, etc., providing comprehensive information for robot motion control.

High precision data processing: Equipped with advanced algorithms, the collected data is filtered, calibrated, and analyzed to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the output data, meeting the requirements of high-precision operations.

Working principle

DSQC 633 is connected to various sensors through a serial communication interface. The sensors convert the physical motion parameters of the robot (such as angle and displacement) into electrical signals and transmit them to the measurement unit. The signal conditioning circuit inside the measurement unit amplifies, filters, and preprocesses the original signal to eliminate interference and noise; Next, the analog-to-digital converter converts the analog signal into a digital signal, which is then analyzed and calculated by a microprocessor using specific algorithms to obtain accurate measurement results. Finally, the measurement unit transmits the processed data in real-time to the robot controller according to the established communication protocol. The controller adjusts the robot's motion trajectory and posture based on this data to achieve precise control.
