ENSITU 7000: Ready to use "transmitter type" O ₂ probe
ENSITU 7000 is positioned as a "plug and play" InSitu O ₂ transmitter probe, specifically designed for boilers and heating furnaces. Its differentiation selling point is very clear:
No need for reference air - operation does not rely on any continuous gas supply, saving the design and maintenance burden of instrument air pipelines;
Remote App Operation and Maintenance - Calibration and troubleshooting can be performed through the ENOTEC Remote App on smartphones or tablets. Measurement protocols and analyzer history records can be downloaded and archived;
The controller can be installed separately - by default, the controller is directly connected to the probe. If the installation location is difficult to reach, it can be moved to a convenient location within a range of 50 meters;
The upper limit of process gas temperature is 600 ℃, and the ambient temperature of the probe is -40 ℃ to+55 ℃ (electronic unit -40 ℃ to+70 ℃), with an insertion length of 313mm to 993mm.
For small and medium-sized boilers and multi-point distributed heating furnace groups, ENSITU 7000 will compress installation and commissioning to the level of "measurement upon power on", significantly reducing the on-site working hours of the general contractor.

AQUATEC 1000: Energy Audit Instrument for Drying Process
AQUATEC 1000 is one of the few InSitu O ₂/H ₂ O analyzers directly designed for drying processes. It measures the O ₂ concentration before and after each drying stage and calculates the H ₂ O value (0-100% range), which is used for drying control of products such as gypsum and tobacco. Drying is a typical high energy consuming and long cycle process. In situ measurement enables the system to respond to process changes in seconds, significantly reducing drying time, optimizing energy consumption, and drying products to precise residual humidity points. Attention should be paid to technical constraints: the maximum process gas temperature is 200 ℃ (with activated carbon filter) or 400 ℃ (with ceramic filter), the maximum insertion length is 615mm, and it also has SIL2 and T Ü V certification.
COMTEC 6000 series: Three explosion-proof levels with O ₂/COE dual parameters
The COMTEC 6000 integrates a COe sensor based on the MXP (mixed potential) principle on top of the O ₂ sensor, with a range of 0-5000ppm. The product is divided into three levels according to explosion-proof scenarios:
Model Applicable Area Protection Type Process Gas Temperature Key Differences
COMTEC 6000 Safe Area - Continuous 500 ℃/Cooling Protection 1400 ℃ Insertion 440-1820mm, Universal Combustion Optimization
COMTEC 6000 GasEx ATEX Zone 1/2 (Gas) II 2G Ex db IIC T3 Gb Continuous 500 ℃/Cooling Protection 1400 ℃ Insertion 403/863mm, Probe -40 ℃ to+70 ℃
COMTEC 6000 DustEx ATEX Zone 21/22 (Dust) II 2D Ex tb IIIC T133 ℃/141 ℃ Db Maximum 600 ℃ Insertion 540/960mm, dust environment specific
Engineering judgment value: The double low of O ₂ and COe after combustion represents the optimal process - saving fuel and reducing emissions; A high COe is a clear signal of inefficiency, climate hazard, and equipment damage. Compared with CO analysis relying on extraction sampling+NDIR, in-situ COe eliminates sampling lag, greatly improving the real-time performance of interlocking and burner adjustment.
SILOTEC 8000: Sentinel for Warehouse Safety
The safety monitoring of explosive dust environments in ATEX 20 zones, such as coal powder silos and biomass silos, has long lacked suitable instruments. SILOTEC 8000 solves this gap in the form of a fixed safety monitoring analyzer:
The O ₂ channel continuously monitors the inerting status of the silo to ensure a safe atmosphere;
The COe channel can immediately detect smoldering fires and trigger the inerting program of the material storage bin;
The analysis unit is installed on the top of the warehouse to obtain representative measurements of the atmosphere inside the entire warehouse; The controller is located on the ground for easy maintenance;
The system self monitors and automatically performs filter blowing when the air path to the sensor is blocked.
Insertion length 500mm, stainless steel SS316TI probe, dual range 0-2 to 0-25 vol.%, COe 0-5000ppm, both probe and electronic unit are IP66.
CEMTEC: "Reinstalling Plan" for Cement Kiln Hot and Wet Sampling System
The flue gas temperature of the cement rotary kiln can reach 1400 ℃, and the dust load can reach up to 2000g/m ³. Conventional probes have extremely low survival rates in this environment. The CEMTEC hot and humid probe system is a patented solution developed by ENOTEC specifically for permanent O ₂/CO monitoring of cement kiln flue gas, continuously supplying dust-free flue gas to downstream analyzers. Its reliability design is worth reading in detail:
Fully Pneumatic Drive: The insertion/retraction pneumatic motor can automatically pull out the probe with a force of 2 tons; 700Nm pneumatic rotary actuator to prevent probe adhesion; Regularly unclog the air inlet of the pneumatic plunger motor;
A 1000 liter compression buffer tank serves as a permanent energy reserve - in the event of abnormal coolant temperature/pressure or a power outage throughout the plant, the probe will automatically retract from the kiln to avoid burning out;
