DI 570 Digital Input Module: Provides 19 high-density digital inputs, of which two support cycle time measurement function and can be used for speed detection. Each input channel supports independently configured input filters with strong anti-interference ability.
DO 550/570 digital output module: DO 550 provides 16 channels of 0.5A output and supports 100% synchronization rate; The DO 570 provides 16 2A outputs and has the function of quickly disconnecting inductive loads (such as hydraulic valves), which can accelerate machine cycling and improve productivity. All outputs have short-circuit and overload diagnosis, and are electrically isolated through grouped power supply to meet higher safety requirements.
2. Analog IO module: high precision and fast response
AI 570/571 (voltage input) and AI 575/576 (current input): Provides up to 8 analog inputs with 16 bit resolution, supporting voltage, proportional, or ± 20mA/0-20mA/4-20mA current signal measurement, with a minimum cycle time of 125 μ s. The module integrates sensor power pins, simplifies wiring, and has sensor disconnection detection function.
AO 570/571 (voltage output) and AO 576 (current output): provide up to 8 analog outputs with 12 bit resolution, and also support a fast update cycle of 125 μ s to ensure the dynamic performance of the control circuit.
AM series analog hybrid module: innovatively integrates high-precision analog input and output on the same module.
