Vibro 200-595-002-011 VM600 CPUM Processor Module
The Vibro 200-595-002-011 is a CPUM processor module designed for the VM600 machinery protection and condition monitoring system. This module serves as the rack controller and communication gateway, managing all measurement cards within the VM600 rack and providing interfaces for external system integration.
System Controller Functions
The CPUM functions as the central processing unit for the VM600 rack, coordinating data acquisition from MPC4 protection cards and I/O modules. It executes configuration management, alarm processing, and data aggregation functions. The module maintains system configuration parameters in non-volatile memory and provides diagnostic reporting for all rack components.
Communication Interfaces
The CPUM provides multiple communication interfaces for integration with plant control systems and monitoring software. Ethernet connectivity supports 10/100Base-T operation with Modbus TCP and PROFINET protocols. Serial interfaces include RS-232 and RS-422/485 ports supporting Modbus RTU protocol. Event logging captures system events and measurement events, accessible through the VM600 MPSx software for troubleshooting and maintenance planning.
