In CX‑Programmer, read the analog value from CIO word, for example D0 = 2000 + (10 * unit number) + channel offset. Then use scaling instruction SCL to convert raw data (0‑4095) to engineering units. The module also provides status words for overrange/underrange and disconnection flags.
Applications
Typical use in plastic injection moulding (nozzle pressure), semiconductor wet bench (chemical concentration), and metal forming (hydraulic pressure). Four channels are sufficient for most small to medium process loops.
