GE KTS-250-16 video distribution amplifier
GE KTS-250-16 video distribution amplifier
DESCRIPTION
The KTS-250-16 is a video distribution amplifier that features eight groups of input/output channels. Each group can be configured as a single 1x8 video distribution amplifier or two 1x4 video distribution amplifiers. This enables users to set multiple configurations from 8 to 16 inputs by up to 64 outputs. Each output provides unity gain into a 75 ohm load, ensuring that the output signal is equal to that of the input. Unused outputs self terminate.

Possible product features
Input/Output Ports:
Input ports: typically have one or more video input connectors, such as BNC connectors, for receiving video signals from cameras, VCRs, and other devices.
Output Ports: The GE KTS-250-16 may have 16 or more (may vary depending on model) video output connectors, also with BNC connectors, for distributing incoming video signals to multiple display devices or other video processing equipment.
Signal Amplification and Distribution:
The device is capable of amplifying the incoming video signal to ensure that there is no significant degradation in signal strength and quality during the distribution process.
Through internal circuitry and chip processing, it copies and distributes one way video signals to multiple output ports to achieve synchronous transmission of signals.
Performance Indicators:
Bandwidth: The bandwidth of a video distribution amplifier determines the maximum frequency of the video signal it can transmit. Higher bandwidth means it can transmit higher definition video signals.
Signal-to-noise ratio: Measures the ratio of noise to useful signal in a video signal. A high signal-to-noise ratio means a clearer, cleaner video signal.
Gain Flatness: indicates the change in gain at different frequencies, good gain flatness helps maintain the stability and consistency of the video signal.
Other features:
May have lightning protection, anti-static and other protective measures to improve the reliability and safety of the equipment.
Supports wide voltage input to adapt to the power supply standards of different countries and regions.
The exterior design and internal structure may comply with industrial cabinet installation standards for easy integration and installation.
