Lauer PCS 200 Control Console

The Lauer PCS 200 (model PG 200.011.4) is a compact operator control console designed for machine control applications. It features a 5.7-inch monochrome or color display (depending on variant), a membrane keypad, and serial communication. Functional Features

The PCS 200 supports basic graphical objects: buttons, numeric inputs, bar graphs, and alarm lists. It can store up to 500 alarm events and 2,000 data log records. Communication drivers include Modbus RTU and ASCII. The panel is programmed using Lauer Configurator Basic, offering a simple drag-and-drop interface. It also features password protection for up to 3 user levels and a screen saver.

The Ethernet option enables remote access and firmware updates.

Installation Guidelines

Mount the console in a panel cutout with clips and gasket. Connect the DC power supply (19–33 V) with a 0.5 A fuse. For RS485, use shielded twisted-pair cable with termination. For Ethernet, use CAT5e. Download the application via the serial port or Ethernet.

Indoor use, 0–50 °C, humidity<90%. Vibration 0.3 g (10–150 Hz), shock 5 g (11 ms). Backlight life 30,000 hours.
