METRO MPS-4007 8-Channel Signal Conditioning Module
The METRO MPS-4007 is a high-performance multi-channel signal conditioning and process monitoring module developed by METRO (Metso Automation, now part of Wärtsilä's industrial automation department). Designed for industrial process control, energy management, environmental monitoring, and other demanding fields, this module integrates analog signal conditioning, digital communication, and fault diagnosis functions, supporting access to multiple types of sensor signals.

High-Precision Signal Conditioning
The MPS-4007 provides 8 independent analog input channels that can be configured to accept 4-20mA current loop, 0-10V voltage, RTD (PT100/PT1000), or thermocouple signals. The module features high-precision acquisition with 16-bit resolution for voltage inputs and ±0.02% FS accuracy for current loops. It includes cold junction compensation for thermocouple inputs and supports 3-wire RTD connections for accurate temperature measurement.

Engineered for harsh industrial environments, the MPS-4007 features 3000VAC isolation, IP20 protection, and a wide operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C.
