Introduction to Diesel Engine
Diesel engine is the power source of diesel generator, responsible for the diesel combustion of heat energy into mechanical energy. It mainly consists of cylinders, pistons, crankshafts, fuel system, lubrication system, cooling system and other components. 2. Generator: generator is the diesel engine mechanical energy into electrical energy equipment. It is mainly composed of stator, rotor, end cover and bearings and other components. When the diesel engine is running, the rotor rotates in the magnetic field, and through the principle of electromagnetic induction, it generates induction electromotive force in the stator, thus realising the conversion of mechanical energy into electric energy. 3. Control system: The control system is responsible for the startup, shutdown and monitoring during the operation of the diesel generator set. It is mainly composed of control cabinets, protection devices, measuring instruments, etc., which can achieve real-time monitoring and adjustment of various parameters of diesel generator sets to ensure stable operation of the equipment.
