The Omron 3G3MX2-A4110-ZV1 and 3G3MX2-A4150-ZV1 are high-performance variable frequency drives from the acclaimed MX2 series. These inverters are designed to control three-phase induction motors with exceptional precision, energy efficiency, and dynamic response. Both models incorporate built-in PLC functionality, making them smart drives capable of executing logic sequences without an external controller.

Power Ratings and Specifications

The 3G3MX2-A4110-ZV1 is rated for 11 kW (15 HP) at 400 V class, while the 3G3MX2-A4150-ZV1 delivers 15 kW (20 HP). Both operate on a three-phase input voltage of 380-480 VAC, 50/60 Hz. The output frequency range is from 0.1 to 400 Hz, with a speed control accuracy of ±0.2% of base speed. Overload capacity is 150% for 60 seconds, ensuring robust torque for demanding loads.

Advanced Motor Control

These drives employ sensorless vector control and V/f control modes, allowing optimal torque and speed regulation across the entire speed range. Auto-tuning simplifies motor parameter identification, and the built-in braking transistor supports dynamic braking for rapid deceleration.
