Communication Capabilities
The LTMR100EBD features dual communication protocol support including Ethernet/IP and Modbus TCP on a single Ethernet interface. The bus addressing range is 0 to 159, configurable via the integrated web server or configuration software. The controller includes extensive diagnostic capabilities such as fault recording, trip context information, waiting time after overload tripping, trip history information, running hours counter and operating time, motor control command recording, starting current and time logging, and event recording. The module also calculates remaining operating time before overload tripping for predictive maintenance.
Measurement Accuracy
The LTMR100EBD achieves measurement accuracy of 1% for voltage measurement across 100-830V range, 0.02 for current measurement, 5% for active and reactive power, and 5% for external earth fault current measurement. The internal clock accuracy is ±30 minutes per year. The module includes overvoltage category III rating and short-circuit withstand rating of 100 kA conforming to EN/IEC 60947-4-1. Connections are made via removable screw terminal blocks with wire ranges from 0.2 to 2.5 mm² (AWG 24-14).
