(2) Motion control (optional extension)

Support the extension of motion control functions through the CIP Motion protocol, which can be connected to motion control modules such as 1769-M02AS to achieve single axis positioning, speed control, or multi axis synchronization (such as electronic gears, electronic camshafts);

Supports up to 8-axis motion control (requires corresponding module expansion), suitable for small machine tools, packaging machines, and other equipment that require precise motion control.

(3) Data Processing and Logging

Data recording: Supports storing process data (such as production counts and equipment operating status) in. csv format through microSD card or Ethernet, facilitating later data analysis and report generation;

Fault diagnosis: Built in fault self diagnosis function, can monitor the hardware status of the controller, communication link faults, program errors, and display alarm information through indicator lights or upper computer to quickly locate the problem.
