In terms of technological innovation, cement companies have significantly reduced energy consumption through motor transformation, graded combustion technology transformation, low-nitrogen burner application, kiln head sealing technology transformation, and high-temperature fan air compressor system upgrade, among which the emission concentrations of particulate matter, nitrogen oxides, and sulfur dioxide are all lower than national emission standards.
After the systematic transformation between 2015 and 2020, the CO2 emissions of the cement company under the same clinker production have been reduced by about 1.2 million tons compared with 2015; The production of 1 ton clinker, coal consumption decreased by 12%, electricity consumption decreased by 7%, and the comprehensive energy consumption per unit product reached the advanced level of the national standard.
Through the combination of power saving, coal saving, carbon reduction and emission reduction, the cement company can reduce 672 tons of nitrogen oxides, 48.6 tons of sulfur dioxide and 850,000 tons of carbon dioxide every year, which is equivalent to planting 2,333 hectares of forest, and transform the concept of "green water and green mountains are Jinshan and silver mountains" into vivid reality with practice.

Jiayu cement kiln collaborative disposal of contaminated soil project

Up to now, the cement company has built four cement kilns in Laohekou, Songzi, Yicheng and Dangyang to coordinate the disposal of domestic waste demonstration line, the annual disposal of domestic waste is more than 500,000 tons, compared with the traditional landfill process of domestic waste, the annual carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced by nearly 400,000 tons, save more than 110,000 tons of clay raw materials, and save more than 140 acres of land.
