At the same time, the mechanical vulcanization machine can operate a maximum of about 10 units, and the intelligent machine can operate 15 units at the same time, and the efficient working efficiency is undoubtedly a major breakthrough for the rubber tire industry. In December last year, Shandong Huasheng Rubber Group issued relevant documents, planning to transform 61 vulcanizing machines in its companies, and the first batch of 14 vulcanizing machines are currently being transformed, which greatly reduces the input cost of enterprises.

Guangrao Rubber Industry Research Institute of Qingdao University of Science and Technology is a new research and development institution jointly established by Qingdao University of Science and Technology and Guangrao County government. "In March 2020, after the docking of the two sides was completed, we invested in the research and development process, the basic transformation was completed in July, and after two months of data collection, the expected effect was fully achieved." Lin Guangyi introduced that in the process of research and development, due to the use of hydraulic power in the center of the dual-power intelligent vulcanization machine, the problem of dual-power coordination was encountered in the process of dual-power compatibility. Through numerous data operations and the use of virtual prototyping technology for high-frequency complex simulation, the R & D team completed the optimal design of dual-power coordination in the fastest time and at the lowest cost, ensuring the high reliability of the product, and the temperature difference was controlled from the old 10℃ to about 5℃.
