Temperature monitoring: Supports 6-channel PT100/PT1000 winding temperature and bearing temperature input, temperature rise rate protection (5 ℃/min warning, 10 ℃/min trip)

Mechanical protection: vibration amplitude monitoring (4-20mA input), shaft displacement protection (± 2mm measurement range, accuracy 0.1% FS)

Process interlocking: Integrated with 3 process signal inputs (such as turbine trip, low lubricating oil pressure), supporting dual redundant interlocking of hard wiring and communication

Auxiliary functions

Wave recording and event recording: Supports 8-channel synchronous wave recording (sampling rate 1000Hz), stores the last 100 fault wave recordings (each lasting 10 seconds)

State monitoring: Real time calculation of generator power factor, efficiency, and winding thermal aging index (based on IEEE Std 120-2018 model)

Remote operation and maintenance: Built in web server, supporting real-time monitoring through mobile app (WiFi module optional)

Working principle

Data Collection Layer

Sensor access: Collect voltage/current transformer signals through high-precision ADC (24 bits), supporting Roche coil/traditional CT/PT

Synchronization timing: Supports IEEE 1588v2 precision timing (accuracy ≤ 1 μ s) to ensure synchronization of waveform data between multiple devices

Execution Layer

Trip output: 8 independent trip contacts (configurable for hold/pulse mode), supporting trip signal self hold (requiring external reset)

Warning output: 4-channel warning contacts (such as overload warning, high temperature), contact capacity 24VDC/2A
