From my perspective of looking for a job, the factory R & D is still quite short of people, and generally R & D personnel have limited ability, work is relatively easy to find, and once the product is formed, the benefits and rewards given by the factory are also quite objective. Of course, the bad place to go to the factory is that the working environment is relatively bad, mainly the geographical location is not good, and now the factory is often in the suburban field, and the development is more limited, the promotion of positions is more difficult, and the chief engineer level is not down for ten years. However, it is more beneficial to personal growth, close proximity to production is still very exercise, chemical students have the opportunity to step down from research and development, design, debugging, which is conducive to accumulating experience. Second, stay in school as a teacher, which is one of the regular choices, the advantage is that the work is free, good social status, of course, this is also related to the situation of detention.

If we can retain 985,211 schools, there are two modes of development, the so-called vertical and horizontal. Vertical is to engage in scientific research, take the academic route, and finally develop into a highly respected scholar, the so-called fame. Horizontal is to cooperate with enterprises, carry out technical promotion, concentrate on making money, the so-called profit. Of course, there are those who do well in fame and wealth, but this situation is relatively rare. If you enter two, three or even college, then don't think about it, concentrate on teaching, these schools give the treatment is also very good, the salary is still OK, the so-called seeking leisure. The benefits of detention are stability, relatively easy work, and the good schools are mostly in the city. Of course, many doctoral masters are very competitive now, often a lot of people crowded in a position, resulting in higher and higher detention threshold, now there is no famous doctor plus overseas experience is really not good mix, upward review of undergraduate cases abound. After staying at the school, various factional struggles, funding applications, enrollment enclosures are also a test of life. Third, into the design institute and research institute is a more stable choice, generally require a master's degree, into the design institute is a better initial career, better than in the future change, especially from the courtyard, after work experience jump private enterprises basically as ancestors to support, of course, the small hospital is almost. In addition, there is no doubt that you can learn something after entering the design institute. The only drawback is that the work pressure of the design institute is slightly greater, and the benefits of the design institute in recent years are not as good as before, and the economic benefits in the early stage are insufficient. 

In fact, I personally think that the current organizational form of the design institute is not good, most people are fresh graduates, lack of design experience, many factories complain about this, although the reputation is great, but the design of things really not good. But anyway, for chemical students, entering the design institute is a relatively cost-effective choice. Compared with the design institute, it can also enter the public research institute. Public graduate schools generally require doctoral degrees, and master's degrees are available but not often. The advantage of entering the graduate school is that compared with the work at the master's stage, the change is relatively small, and it is easier to adapt to, in short, to do experiments in a different place, and the treatment of public units is good. However, at present, enterprises invest less in research and development, and their demand is not as good as engineering personnel, so job-hopping is not as convenient as design institutes, and many people end up in research institutes. Four, private technical service company This is my personal choice, complete wealth and risk. It is said that wealth insurance in the fundamental is to comfort themselves, in fact, the cost is lower, and the risk is large. The starting point of private enterprises is low, job-hopping is basically in private enterprises, and it is easy to appear the smaller the jump in the platform and the more and more the geographical location. 

Finally, it is impossible to mix and only change industries. In addition, many private enterprises have irregular management, frequent and unstable personnel flow, which is prone to frequent job-hopping, which affects job hunting. There is no fixed foothold delay in buying a house, will lead to serious opportunity cost loss. However, we have to admit that it is easier to find jobs in private enterprises, and although the benefits are not as good as those in state-owned enterprises, the wages are still relatively guaranteed. And from the general trend point of view, private enterprises have a certain development potential, can make up for each other with factories, because the vast majority of factories R & D capacity is too weak, due to the working environment is difficult to recruit people, in this point private enterprises have a certain advantage. In addition, private enterprises are less restricted than universities in the promotion of technology, and technology advancement is faster, which determines that private enterprises have certain potential in the general environment. But it is doubtful that we will ever see a boom in the private sector. Finally, the status quo of the domestic chemical industry, the domestic chemical industry has several problems worthy of attention. First of all, heavy process light engineering, which is a common problem of many chemical plants, in the synthesis route and process to do a lot of work, but in the equipment design and equipment improvement there is a great lack of equipment design, many factories the most basic equipment design is completely unfounded, resulting in low efficiency in actual production, there is a lot of room for improvement. Secondly, there is a disconnect between research and development and production, mainly because the research and development of universities and research institutes is too advanced or even false, and is disconnected from the actual needs of enterprises. Due to the limited research and development ability of the enterprise itself, it is difficult to independently improve the technology. 

As a result, research and development can not fully serve production, which has spawned a large number of technical service enterprises. Finally, the working conditions of the chemical industry as a whole are poor and the cost performance is low, which leads to a serious brain drain, and a single workplace leads to many units being unable to recruit people. Personally, I now mainly focus on chemical equipment, equipment combined with technology transformation will be the future trend of chemical development. This can be seen in several possible vents, such as microreactors. In addition, due to the disconnection between research and development and production, some technical service enterprises have room to survive in the past decade or two, and will consider developing in this regard in the future. Of course, changing careers is also an unavoidable problem. Chemical people in general and the following way out 1. Civil servants have been tested for so many years, logical thinking is still a little advantage, and finding a position away from home is an option. 2. Education service industry There is no problem in ability to work as a teacher in schools and training institutions, and this industry is developing rapidly. 3.
