(1) Major disaster control projects.

Carry out in-depth monitoring of coal and gas outburst mines, high-gas mines, and coal mines with frequent gas over-limit accidents. We implemented a number of projects to comprehensively control gas and prevent and control flood disasters, fire disasters, blasting disasters, and rock burst, so as to achieve advanced and precise control. (2) Tailings pond safety risk comprehensive management project.

Relying on the emergency command information network or the national e-government external network, the construction of provincial nodes, provincial bureaus of the National Mine Safety Administration, all coal mining enterprises, non-coal underground mining enterprises data transmission network and other service platforms. Strengthen the integration of national mine safety supervision and supervision business coordination, realize the interconnection of supervision, supervision and law enforcement information, and mutual recognition and sharing of law enforcement clues and disposal. (5) Mine personnel safety quality improvement project.

On the basis of integrating existing facilities and forces, support the construction of a number of safety production and skills training bases, practical operation test bases and warning education bases in concentrated mining areas. Promote "Internet Plus" and other advanced training methods, build a number of safety production training platforms and online training courses, and encourage the development of VR training materials. We will encourage mining enterprises above designated size to set up safety production management and technical teams, and guide mining enterprises to introduce a group of high-quality talents and recruit a group of highly skilled workers in accordance with local conditions. We will organize work safety training for employees and various types of special operations personnel, and promote the building of a knowledge-based, skilled and innovative workforce. Promote the construction of safety culture in mining enterprises, and further create a public opinion atmosphere for safety development.

(6) Supervision and supervision capacity improvement projects.

Implementation of mine safety supervision and supervision personnel introduction and team quality improvement project, strengthen the construction of supervision and supervision team, strengthen supervision and supervision personnel and professionals. 1. Clear division of tasks.

3. Strengthen performance evaluation.

To guide and urge all relevant departments to incorporate mine safety production planning into local "14th Five-Year Plan" safety production and other relevant planning, synchronous deployment, synchronous promotion, synchronous assessment. Establish a planning performance assessment mechanism, and include the implementation of the plan in the assessment of local governments' work safety.
