Installation and wiring
Installation environmental requirements: it should be installed in a dry, well-ventilated environment without corrosive gases and dust, avoiding installation in places with high temperature, humidity and strong electromagnetic interference. The installation location should be far away from heat and vibration sources to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Wiring specification: When connecting cables, the relevant electrical wiring specification should be followed. Power lines, communication lines and signal lines should be laid separately to avoid mutual interference. Communication cables should be shielded cables, and ensure that the shield is reliably grounded. Cable connections should be firm to avoid loose or poor contact leading to communication failures or equipment abnormalities .
Use and operation
Operation training: Before using the panel controller, the operator should receive professional training and be familiar with the operation methods, functional characteristics and safety precautions of the equipment. Untrained personnel should not operate the equipment at will, so as not to cause equipment damage or safety accidents.
Parameter setting: When setting parameters, the operation should be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of the equipment manual to ensure that the parameters are set correctly. For the setting of key parameters, it should be backed up and recorded so that the parameters can be restored or adjusted when needed.

Maintenance and upkeep
Routine maintenance: Clean the panel controller regularly, use a clean soft cloth to wipe the surface of the display and shell to remove dust and stains. Check the operating status of the device to see if there are abnormal alarm messages, whether the indicator lights are flashing normally, etc .
Regular inspection: Regularly check the connection cables, interfaces, power supply, etc. of the equipment to ensure that the connection is firm and not loose or damaged. Check whether the cooling fan of the equipment is functioning normally and whether the ventilation openings are unobstructed, so as to avoid overheating and damage to the equipment due to poor heat dissipation.
Troubleshooting: When the equipment malfunctions, you should first check the alarm information and fault records of the equipment to make a preliminary judgement on the cause of the malfunction. If you can not solve the problem by yourself, you should contact professional technicians for maintenance, do not dismantle the equipment privately or carry out improper operation.
