(1) New fiber materials

1. Efficient flexible preparation technology of chemical fiber: Research on polyamide 6 melt direct spinning, spandex melt spinning and other key technologies, breakthrough polyester efficient ecological catalyst synthesis and industrialization technology, development of new environmental protection and high clean polyester fiber and products.

2. Functional preparation technology of basic fiber: Through copolymerization, blending, composite spinning and other technologies, to further improve the differentiation and functional level, to achieve high quality, efficient production and low cost of fiber. The development of intelligent, high simulation, high conformal, comfortable and easy care, flame retardant, anti-static, anti-ultraviolet, antibacterial, phase change energy storage, photochromic, liquid coloring, biodegradable and other functions of the composite multi-functional chemical fiber. Research and development of PLA, PBS, PBSA, PESA, PHA and other human affinity, biodegradable high performance aliphatic polyester fibers.

3. High-performance fiber integrated preparation technology: Focus on the design, processing and manufacturing integration technology of high-performance fibers and composite materials such as carbon fiber, para-aramid, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, polyimide fiber, and break through the bottleneck of material design and application. Research and development of high-performance fiber high-end products and differentiated product key technologies, achieve the industrialization of high-grade carbon fibers such as T1100 and M60J, high quality, differentiated, efficient and environmentally friendly preparation of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, large-scale preparation of high-performance para-aramid, serialized high-performance polyimide fiber, high-performance liquid crystal polyaryl ester fiber key technology breakthroughs, Part of high performance inorganic fiber to achieve mass production.

4. Bio-based chemical fiber scale processing technology: Breakthrough in the efficient preparation technology of Lyocell fiber special pulp and solvent, fiber grade 1, 3-propylene glycol, furan dicarboxylic acid, high light pure lactide and other bio-based monomers and raw materials, The key technologies for large-scale production of bio-based chemical fibers such as polylactic acid fiber, Lyocell fiber, bio-based polyamide fiber, poly (propylene terephthalate) fiber, poly (ethylene furan dicarboxylate) fiber, seaweed fiber and chitosan fiber will be studied, and high-quality differentiated products will be developed to strengthen application technology development.

In 2025, the high-efficiency flexible preparation technology of polyester, polyamide and other basic fiber materials will reach the international advanced level; The large-scale preparation technology of high-performance fiber, bio-based chemical fiber and its raw materials has reached the international advanced level, the production capacity of high-performance fiber has reached 240,000 tons, and the production capacity of bio-based chemical fiber has reached 2 million tons.

5. Functional textile processing technology: Research and use of new fiber materials, new gauze processing technology, multi-functional finishing technology, etc., to develop products with functions such as warmth, elasticity, antibacterial, moisture-drying, anti-ultraviolet, anti-odor and so on.

6. Processing technology of high-quality natural fiber products: To study the key technologies of raw material treatment, textile, printing and dyeing for industrial sericulture silk and improved cashmere fiber, and establish a high-quality processing and production system; Develop full shape knitting, fine wool high-end warp knitting technology and wool, cashmere anti-pilling, easy machine washable products.

7. Research and development technology of smart textiles: research and development of self-powered and energy storage textile fibers and products that can be worn by electronic devices, intelligent textiles that can sense human body and environmental signals, flexible integration, packaging, molding technology and evaluation system of smart textiles.

8. Multi-functional nonwovens processing technology: Speed up breakthroughs in key non-woven processing technologies such as flash, electrostatic spinning and melt-blowing, develop long-term and low-resistance water-electret melt-blowing technology, and study key technologies for efficient large-scale preparation of micro nanofibers and waterproof and permeable nanofibers. High quality melt-blown cloth for face masks, PLA two-component spunmelt nonwovens for medical and health care, spunbond hot air nonwovens, high strength crude deniable polypropylene filament nonwovens and other products have been developed.

9. High-performance medical and health textile processing technology: research on waterproof and breathable, bactericidal and viral killing, reusable medical and health protection materials; Research and development of textile based medical human organ pipe materials, surgical sutures and functional dressings and other high-end medical textile materials and products.

10. Textile processing technology for high-precision filtration: Research on key technologies and related products such as high-precision filtration materials, fiber wiki high-performance microporous filtration materials; Development of efficient denitrification and dust removal integrated filter materials.

11. Textile processing technology for emergency and protection: Research on chemical agent degradation protection, nuclear and biochemical protection, thermal protection, thermal insulation and soft anti-sting and anti-cutting protection textile products; Develop emergency rescue products such as gas column emergency rescue tents, high-performance rescue ropes and safety emergency escape systems.

12. Processing technology of high-performance fiber composite materials: Research on carbon fiber multi-axial high-speed warp knitting technology, carbon fiber fabric complex profile pultrusion molding technology, multi-direction braiding prefabrication technology and related equipment.

13. High-performance geotextile processing technology: Research on two-component filament composite multi-functional geomaterials, high-performance geogrates, flexible reinforcement nets for mining and other products and processing technology.

14. Flexible composite material processing technology: Research on large-diameter reinforced hoses, soft storage/oil capsules, high-strength flexible membrane materials, air column flexible composite materials, three-dimensional inflatable structure and other textile flexible composite materials and processing technology.

15. Processing technology of Marine special cable nets: research on cable forming and no-knot forming processes such as braiding, twisting, sealing, etc., and develop high-performance Marine special cable nets and other products; To carry out deep-sea and deep space experiment verification, application verification and large-scale industrial application research of special cable net products.

In 2025, high-quality, functional textile consumer goods and individual protective medical and health textiles basically meet the escalating consumer and health needs of residents, and high-performance industrial textiles basically meet the needs of downstream high-end applications.

(3) Green manufacturing

16. Green chemical development and application technology: focus on the key technologies of green fiber oil additives and catalysts, environmentally friendly textile slurry replacing PVA, high-fastness nano coating printing, low urea reactive dye printing, disperse dye basic dyeing, liquid disperse dye printing and bio-based textile chemicals.

17. Less water printing and dyeing and efficient and low-cost treatment technology: focus on the research of multi-component fiber fabric short process printing and dyeing, knitted fabric open width continuous dyeing, polyester fabric continuous dyeing with less water, reactive dye salt-free dyeing and other key technologies; Breakthrough printing and dyeing wastewater advanced treatment and reuse technology with high efficiency and low cost.

18. Non-aqueous medium dyeing technology: Focus on key technologies such as supercritical carbon dioxide fluid dyeing and reactive dyes non-aqueous medium dyeing.

19. High-speed digital printing processing technology: focus on the research and development of stable and reliable, high resolution piezoelectric nozzle, circular screen/flat screen + digital inkjet printing, high-speed digital inkjet printing and other key technologies.

20. High value utilization technology of waste textiles: focus on basic research related to component identification and separation of waste textiles; Research on waste polyamide 6 repolymerization and fiber forming technology, fine denier recycled polypropylene fiber processing technology; Breakthrough in waste polyester, polyamide textile chemical recycling, waste acrylic, spandex recycling, waste cotton and other cellulose fiber textile clean regeneration and high-value utilization, waste filter material green recycling and other key technologies.

In 2025, breakthroughs have been made in short-process printing and dyeing of multi-component fiber fabrics, continuous open-size dyeing of knitted fabrics, supercritical carbon dioxide fluid dyeing, reactive dyes non-aqueous medium dyeing, and digital inkjet printing heads. The industrialization technology of waste textile has made remarkable progress, and the evaluation system of waste textile resource classification standard has been completed.

(4) Intelligent manufacturing and equipment

21. Intelligent manufacturing key generic technologies: Research and development of industrial Internet, big data, artificial intelligence, industrial robots, blockchain and other key generic technologies for intelligent manufacturing applications in the textile industry.

22. Integrated technology of intelligent manufacturing demonstration production line: Further improve the research and development and application level of intelligent manufacturing industrialization technologies such as chemical fiber, spinning, weaving, nonwovens, printing and dyeing, clothing and home textiles, achieve breakthroughs in key hardware and software systems, form integrated solutions and the integration of whole-process intelligent manufacturing technology, and build digital and intelligent demonstration rooms or factories.

23. Processing technology of chemical fiber key equipment: Research and development of high-capacity Lyocell fiber, high-performance carbon fiber, 10,000-ton para-aramid, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber and recycling chemical fiber and other complete sets of equipment, focusing on breaking through high-speed precision winding system, artificial intelligent-based chemical fiber production online detection and dyeing system, intensive high-speed precision winding equipment and automatic high-speed energy-saving false twist deformation machine and other key single machines. 24. 27. High-speed wide-width nonwovens equipment processing technology: Research and development of wide-width high-speed spunling, needling, spunbonding, melt-blown and other nonwovens complete sets of equipment, focusing on breaking through the key equipment such as wide-width high-speed carding machine, cross-laying machine, needling machine and high-speed automatic scuttering machine, nonwovens production and processing online quality inspection system, the development of spinning die and other basic parts.

28. Intelligent clothing and home textile equipment processing technology: research and development of three-dimensional volume, three-dimensional design, clothing augmented reality/virtual reality (AR/VR) system, intelligent automatic cutting, hanging transport, automatic template sewing and clothing logistics intelligent distribution system and equipment, the development of automatic identification, automatic grasping, three-dimensional sewing and fabric stitching and other clothing home textile special robots.

29.
