Develop advanced complete sets of equipment such as key fiber varieties, spinning thread, weaving, printing and dyeing, nonwovens, and special fabrics, improve the basic theories related to high-end textile equipment and cross-field research capabilities, and further improve the localization rate and quality of high-end equipment. Focus on the development of green textile production equipment, intelligent processing equipment, including bio-based fiber, biodegradable fiber, recycled fiber and other chemical fiber production machinery, green printing and dyeing equipment and textile equipment energy management system; Textile short process and automation equipment, textile special robot, textile intelligent system and inspection, intelligent transformation of textile agglomeration area, etc.

Strengthen the collaborative innovation of the whole industrial chain of the textile machinery industry, establish an advanced textile equipment alliance, jointly promote innovation and breakthroughs in major textile technology and equipment and key technologies, and encourage and promote the demonstration application of new technologies and new equipment in the textile industry. Improve the construction of textile machinery intelligent manufacturing standard system, increase the integration and optimization of textile machinery industry standards, and promote the internationalization process of standardization. Under the new development pattern of "double cycle", technology leads the development, fully explores the international and domestic markets, and provides equipment support for the upgrading and high-quality development of the domestic textile industry.

(8) Textile industry intelligent manufacturing demonstration project

Promote the research and development and application of key technologies of intelligent manufacturing, build digital and intelligent workshops of the whole process of textile production, strengthen the comprehensive integration of design and development, production and manufacturing, enterprise management, marketing and business decision-making in an intelligent environment, and form an intelligent factory. Based on the digitalization and information interconnection of textile equipment, combined with the application and implementation of national intelligent manufacturing standards in the textile industry, establish a new generation of intelligent manufacturing standards for the textile industry, and prioritize the preparation of relevant standards such as textile iot identification, textile equipment and systems, industrial control network, textile industry cloud platform, and textile big data platform. Focus on the characteristic technology and mode of textile intelligent manufacturing, and build the standard system of textile intelligent workshop/factory.

Actively promote textile enterprises to use the new generation of information technology, carry out customized services and remote operation and maintenance services, enhance customized design and collaborative manufacturing capabilities, and achieve a high degree of synergy between production and manufacturing and market demand. Accelerate the development of intelligent manufacturing system integrators in the textile field, establish industry-university-research consortiums or industrial innovation alliances, promote collaborative innovation among enterprises in different fields such as equipment, automation, software, information technology and all links of the industrial chain, and gradually form an intelligent manufacturing development ecology in which leading enterprises in various fields advance and "specialized" enterprises in subdivided fields deeply participate.
