The product, with its compact size, can directly retrofit or replace old frequency converters, covering the full range of requirements from simple constant speed control to permanent magnet motor drive. It not only meets the basic speed regulation needs of civil and small industries, but also adapts to high-precision control scenarios of medium and large industrial equipment. Detailed explanation of core functional features

(1) Control and regulation functions

1. Flexible control logic configuration

Built in PLC function: supports simple logic programming, can replace small PLCs to achieve linkage control such as motor start stop and speed switching, reducing the cost of external controller configuration.

PID process control loop: designed specifically for closed-loop control scenarios, with core features including:

Support sleep mode, energy-saving and consumption reducing.

Compatible with 0-10VDC or 4-20mA feedback signals, suitable for pressure, flow and other sensors.

Equipped with feedback loss or tracking detection function to ensure control stability.

Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR): Real time monitoring of input voltage fluctuations, automatic adjustment of output voltage, ensuring stable motor operating parameters, and resisting the impact of grid voltage fluctuations.

2. Speed and frequency regulation

Multi mode frequency setting: supports keyboard potentiometers, external terminal input, 0-10VDC/4-20mA analog signals, pulse input, up and down key adjustment, and other modes to adapt to different control scenarios.

Acceleration and deceleration optimization:

Two independent acceleration and deceleration time settings (0-3600 seconds) can be adapted to different operating conditions.

Support jog acceleration and deceleration configuration and S-shaped slope to avoid start stop impact and protect equipment and loads.

V/Hz Curve Customization: Provides 18 preset V/Hz curves, and supports user-defined curves to optimize torque output based on motor type (such as asynchronous motor, permanent magnet motor) and load characteristics (constant torque, variable torque).

3. Special function expansion

Power loss ride through: Maintain the operation of the frequency converter during a short period of power outage to avoid production interruption caused by equipment shutdown.

Auto run mode: supports loop operation and is suitable for intermittent work scenarios such as intermittent conveying and batch mixing.

Rotating load start: It can directly start the motor in a rotating state to avoid damage to the equipment caused by reverse surge current.

DC injection braking: rapid shutdown, improving equipment operation safety and efficiency.

(2) Operation and configuration experience

Intelligent operation keyboard:

Standard configuration includes a 5-digit LED keyboard with a speed potentiometer, supporting parameter programming, diagnostic monitoring, and speed setting.

Display function: switchable Hz/RPM units, supports zoom display, clear status indicator lights (forward rotation, reverse rotation, program mode, fault alarm).

Support remote installation: keyboard remote deployment can be achieved through extension cables (JN5-CM-01M~05M) to adapt to complex installation environments.

I/O interface and communication function

(1) I/O interface specifications

Specific configuration and characteristics of interface types

6-channel configurable digital input, 39 optional functions, supports customization of normally open/normally closed.

Powered by 24V power supply, including pulse input function, with a response time of about 4ms and quick triggering.

Digital output with 2 relay outputs, 20 optional functions, supporting customization of normally open/normally closed.

Contact capacity of 250VAC/1A, 30VDC/1A, can drive small actuators or alarm devices.

Analog input with 2 independent channels, capable of switching between 0-10VDC or 4-20mA signals.

It supports gain and offset adjustment and can be used as speed reference or PID feedback input to adapt to different sensor signals.

Simulate 1 channel 0-10VDC output, with 5 optional configurations (output frequency, set frequency, output current, output voltage, DC bus voltage).

Supports gain and bias adjustment, and can be used for monitoring operational parameters.

Safe input dedicated safe input terminal (SF1/SG), factory default jumper short circuit.

When disconnecting, the output of the frequency converter can be cut off, and an emergency stop button or safety interlock device can be connected to improve operational safety.

The power supply is equipped with a built-in 24VDC power supply (± 15%, maximum output of 60mA), which supplies power to external sensors and buttons;

Built in 10V power supply (maximum 20mA) for external potentiometer power supply, reducing external power configuration.

Protection characteristics and environmental adaptability

(1) Comprehensive protection function

Specific parameters and functions of protection types

Overload and locked rotor protection: 150% rated output current/1 minute (effective in acceleration, deceleration, and constant speed stages), 120%/1 minute (5/6 frame), to prevent motor overload and burnout.

Overcurrent protection triggers immediately when the instantaneous current exceeds 200%, cutting off the output to avoid short circuit damage between the frequency converter and the motor.

Bus voltage protection overvoltage protection: 230V input>410VDC, 460V input>810VDC;

Undervoltage protection: 230V input<190VDC, 460V input<380VDC;

Prevent device damage caused by abnormal bus voltage.

Other core protections include ground fault protection, phase loss protection, overheating protection, PID feedback loss protection, external fault setting, fire protection mode, covering all dimensional risks of circuits, equipment, and environment.

(2) Environmental adaptability

Temperature range: Operating temperature -10~+50 ℃, storage temperature -20~+70 ℃, suitable for most indoor industrial environments.

Humidity requirement: ≤ 95% RH (no condensation), to avoid circuit failures caused by humid environments.

Vibration and impact: Models with 20HP and below can withstand 1g of vibration (32.2ft/sec ²), while models with 20-25HP can withstand 0.6g of vibration (19.3ft/sec ²), demonstrating strong seismic resistance of the structure.

Dust prevention optimization: Optional dust stickers (JN5-ECOV1~ECOV4) can be used to enhance the protection level and prevent foreign objects from entering (after installation, the current should be controlled not to exceed 70% of the rated value).
