Structure and Design
1. Aluminum shell motor
Material: The stator is made of die cast aluminum alloy, the end cap is made of aluminum alloy, and the surface is coated with epoxy resin powder paint (≥ 30 μ m).
Bearings: Sealed bearings (such as 6201-2Z/C3) are used for the D and N ends, with permanent lubrication and a suitable temperature range of -40 to+160 ° C.
Junction box: die cast aluminum alloy, integrated into the stator, supports 2 × M20/M25 knock off holes, with a maximum copper cross-sectional area of 6 mm ².
2. Cast iron shell motor
Material: The stator is made of cast iron (EN-GJL-150/GG 15) and coated with two-component epoxy paint (≥ 60 μ m) on the surface.
Bearings: V-ring sealed bearings are used for the D and N ends, with a lubricating grease temperature range of -40 to+160 ° C.
Junction box: Made of cast iron material, supporting 2 × M16/M25 knock off holes, with a protection level of IP55.
