Output accuracy: The output accuracy is also high, reaching ± 0.2% FS (full range), ensuring the accuracy of the output signal, achieving precise control of industrial equipment, and ensuring stable operation of the production process according to predetermined parameters.

Load capacity: The output channel has a certain load capacity, for example, when outputting voltage, it can drive a load resistance of not less than 500 Ω; When outputting current, the load resistance can be driven between 0-500 Ω, which can meet the driving requirements of most industrial field actuators.

For example, in the process of chemical reactions, temperature sensor signals are collected and processed by modules to output control signals to regulating valves, accurately adjusting the temperature of the reaction kettle to ensure that the chemical reaction proceeds under optimal conditions, improving product quality and production efficiency, while ensuring the safety of the production process. In the pharmaceutical industry's drug production process, this module can be used to control the filling volume of the filling machine. By collecting weight sensor signals and outputting control signals to adjust the speed of the filling pump, high-precision drug filling can be achieved, meeting the strict requirements for dosage accuracy in drug production.

Power system monitoring and regulation

In power facilities such as substations and power plants, the XM06B5 module is used to monitor the operating parameters of the power system and make corresponding adjustments and controls. Collect analog signals from voltage transformers and current transformers through analog input channels, obtain parameters such as voltage, current, and power factor of the power system, and transmit this information to the control system. When abnormal voltage or current is detected, the control system can adjust the power system by adjusting transformer taps, switching capacitor banks, and other methods based on the control signals output by the module, to maintain stable operation of the power system, ensure power quality, and reduce damage to electrical equipment caused by power fluctuations.

Intelligent Building Environment Control
