S3600 is a medium and high-end analog acquisition module, with 4 channels of three-wire heating resistance analog input, using 100k sampling rate of 12-bit AD converter, each input channel has lightning protection, static protection, the default input PT100, can be adjusted according to customer sensors, temperature range of -200 to 600 degrees Celsius. There are 17 calibration points, which can be arbitrarily adjusted according to the customer's temperature range to achieve the best calibration effect, such as the customer needs 50 to 200 degrees, then 17 calibration points are allocated to 50 to 200 degrees. The output bus is RS485, and the output has lightning protection and electrostatic protection. The design also improves system stability through the use of external watchdog, surface mount technology and single point common ground technology. The output protocol is Modbus RTU, which can communicate with configuration software and PLC.
