Main function description:

1) Power control function: automatically output to the controller, servo, fan and demonstrator after detecting the input of the control power supply to realize the power supply control of the controller loop; When the detection system is normal and the input signal of the access control switch is closed, the output signal controls the contactor to be closed, the main conductivity is on, and the servo is powered on.

2) Quick stop control function: In manual mode, release the three-position switch to quickly stop the robot

3) Safety torque off (STO) control: in an emergency, the safety circuit is disconnected, serious alarm occurs and other circumstances triggered, such as shooting the emergency off button and other operations, the control system enables immediate disconnection, triggering emergency stop.

Autonomous I/O module The control cabinet SRC2 uses the independently designed I/O module. The standard configuration I/O module can provide 16DI and 16DO. In addition, the I/O module can also be expanded to 32DI and 32DO according to customer needs.

This section describes the functions of the autonomous I/O module

1. Power interface J8, J9: The autonomous I/O module uses 24V power supply. There are two groups of 24V power interfaces, one group provides power for the system, and the other group provides power for the input and output interfaces. The two power interfaces are isolated from each other and do not interfere with each other.

2. Ethernet interfaces J1 and J2: The autonomous I/O module uses EtherCAT fieldbus protocol to communicate with external controllers such as controllers.

3. Autonomous I/O module expansion interface J7: The number of input and output interfaces can be expanded according to customer needs, and the autonomous I/O module adopts EBUS bus to realize the communication between I/O modules.

4. 16 digital input ports (DI) J3: The autonomous I/O module provides 16 digital input ports, which can be expanded to a maximum of 32 channels. The input interface is opened to the customer through the conversion terminal block. There are two types of conversion terminal blocks. The pin definitions of these two models are different.

Channel digital output interface (DO) J6: The autonomous I/O module provides 16 digital output interfaces, including 12 digital output and 4 switching output. The output interface can also be extended to a maximum of 32 channels. The output interface is opened to the customer through the conversion terminal block. There are two types of conversion terminal block. The pin definitions of these two models are different. Table 2.3 provides a table of pin definitions for the two output terminal blocks.
