K-DI01 16-channel 24VDC digital input module

K-DI01 is a 16-channel 24VDC digital input module for K-series hardware. It can be used in 1:1 redundancy configuration and can be connected to either active or passive contacts.

The K-DI01 module supports electric plug and swap, supports redundancy configuration, and has a strong overvoltage protection function. The module will not be damaged by a misconnection of 60VDC. At the same time, with the enhanced base, it can also achieve on-site misconnection AC220V without damage.

K-DI01 module has a complete hardware channel diagnosis function, the panel design has a wealth of LED indicators, in addition to the module can display power, fault, communication information, each channel also has an indicator, can easily indicate the switch jitter information of each channel.

K-DI01 module can set different filtering parameters for each channel to adapt to different interference sites. With the different operation cycles of the main controller, the control loop can be composed fast or slow according to the needs of the process.

K-DI01 module adopts dual redundancy communication IO-BUS and dual redundancy power supply mode. If any IO-BUS and power supply are disconnected, normal operation will not be affected.

K-DI01 module also uses field power supply and system power supply separately isolated power supply. The circuit connected to the instrument uses the field power supply, and the digital circuit and communication circuit use the system power supply, so the field meter interference will not affect the digital circuit and communication.

The K-DI01 module is sprayed with three anti-paint treatment, produced according to ISA-S71.04-1985 standard, and has reached G3 anti-corrosion grade after testing.

The K-DI01 module is used with the K-DIT01 or K-DITI1 or K-DIT21 base, and is connected with the K-DOT0I cable to form the complete switching input module unit. The module is plugged into the base of the module, the terminal of the base of the module is responsible for connecting to the field instrument signal, the module is responsible for converting the analog signal to digital signal, and finally send to the main control unit through the redundant multifunctional bus, which provides redundant system power and field power.
