 The GE Circuit Board DS3800DOCA is equipped with multiple components designed for specific functions within its operational framework. The board features four trimmer resistors and thirteen single-pin connectors. In addition, it includes four terminals intended for the attachment of supplementary components and four embedded resistors. The embedded resistors, identified as R27, R31, R97, and R101, are pre-installed at the factory and are non-removable. These resistors have varying ratings, contributing to the board's overall processing capabilities. It is crucial to configure the board correctly upon installation to ensure proper functionality. One key configuration step involves adjusting the trimmer resistors, also known as trimpots (trimmer potentiometers). Each trimmer resistor is equipped with a small screw that allows a technician to fine-tune the performance of the resistor. Adjustment is performed using a small screwdriver and a testing device.
