General Description

The PCN01 is part of Honeywell's PCN series of panel-mount controllers, designed for simple and reliable process control. It provides an easy-to-read dual-line display showing process value and setpoint, with intuitive front-panel programming. Functional Description

The PCN01 continuously measures the process variable, compares it with the setpoint, and calculates the output using PID algorithms. The auto-tune function automatically determines optimal PID parameters by analyzing the process response during a test cycle. The controller also features soft-start, output limiting, and manual control mode. It stores up to 10 sets of parameters for different processes.
