Functional Features

The LCA200 supports Modbus RTU/TCP, Profibus DP (optional), CANopen, and other drivers. It includes a built-in web server for remote diagnostics, data logging to USB or SD card, and alarm management. Configuration is done with Lauer Configurator Pro, offering a rich object library, trend charts, recipe handling, and multi-language support. The panel supports up to 10 user levels with password protection.

Additional features include screen saver, adjustable backlight dimming, and a watchdog timer for automatic reset.

Installation Guidelines

Mount in panel cutout with clips and gasket. Connect 24 V DC power with 1.5 A fuse. For RS485, use shielded cable with termination. For Ethernet, use CAT5e. Ensure proper grounding and adequate rear clearance for cables.
